Settlement Checks (SEC/NYAG/DIMA/Scudder)

July 24, 2009 – As a result of a settlement recently approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) some participants may receive checks related to their Optional Retirement Plan or Tax-Deferred Investment Plan accounts..
